Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.

Refunds

• Once a consultation plan is purchased and activated, the payment is non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
  a. If you are charged more than once for the same plan.
  b. If the transaction fails but the amount is still debited from your account.
• In such cases, the excess/failed transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days, depending on Razorpay and your bank's policies.

Cancellations

• Consultation plans cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated.
• If you wish to upgrade or change your plan, please contact our support team.
